I recently was part of an experiment. Thirteen excellent limousine companies were called in a single afternoon, June 17th, by a "Bill" from New York City". He told all 13 reservations agents that he was moving to their city and was a busy traveler with more than 100 trips per year. All 13 agents were polite and professional but NONE of them asked "Bill" for his full contact information. NOT A SINGLE COMPANY COULD FOLLOW UP ON A POTENTIAL ELITE CLIENT.
How would YOUR company have handled "Bill"? If you are 100% certain that you would have captured Bill's information then your staff may need no further training.
