The vote is in and my first ever “Managers Success Program in August was a SMASH HIT! Here is what the attendees said:

Dear Friends,
The “Managers Success Program” on August 3-4 in Philadelphia was fantastic! The speakers, the energy, the social events, were all great. I was humbled by the compliments and the unbridled enthusiasm all of you brought to the event. Special Thanks to Brenner Financial and TIPS Insurance for their sponsorship. I made two presentations in August on “Leadership in the workplace” and “Creating a selling environment”.
Special thanks to our speakers:
Vai Sikahema (former Eagle, NBC-10 in Philly), Tyler Green (former Phillie), Bubba Miller (former Eagle) who joined me in an impromptu addition to my presentation on “Leadership in the Workplace)
David Benton from The Rittenhouse Hotel: excellent presentation on “The Inverted Triangle” and how the hotel empowers employees to take care of guests quickly. His hands-on exercises illustrated the importance of communication in the office between every employee.
Dr. Yvonne La Mar Ph.D. blew the group away with nods of recognition and laughter as she helped all of us create a “Drama Free Workplace”.
Dr. Bob Laessig of Drexel University laid out the fundamentals of managing a successful business. His humor and visual aides drove home complicated material in a fun, interesting way.
Frank Rosenbaum CPA took us all to school and explained how we make funny in the chauffeured transportation business.
The upcoming program in November will bring back these speakers along with more interactive activities. I am looking forward to Part 2 of the August program in April of next year.
Regards,
Tommy
