The Executive Search process goes as follows:

 

• Client signs NDA and agreement with TMC
• $2k deposit is sent
• TMC does thorough interview with client
• TMC locates a minimum of 2 solid candidates within 90 days or 2k is refunded in full.
• TMC vette's references and does criminal background check
• Client selects appropriate candidate
• Client pays 1 month of new hires base salary to TMC upon commencement of employment less deposit with 5k minimum.
• TMC replaces original hire for no additional fee for 120 days from new hires start date.
