The fee is 1 month's salary for the new hire or $5k minimum fee.

 

Is there an up front cost?

Only any out of pocket TMC expenses and  travel expenses for the potential new hire, if necessary.

 

What is your guarantee?

The fee is assessed the day your new hire starts work. If the person leaves before 90 days of employment, TMC will replace candidate for no additional fee.
